Two things share the peekstack name: the mobile app for iPhone, iPad and Android, which monitors servers you already run, and the web sketchpad at peekstack.io, which draws infrastructure diagrams. This page covers both.

The fastest way to get help with either is to email [email protected]. It is a small project, so replies come from a person rather than a queue — usually within a few days.

The mobile app

peekstack connects straight from your device to the servers you configure. There is no account to create and no service of ours in between, which means most problems are questions of reachability and credentials rather than anything server-side.

Reporting a problem

What helps most: which service kind it involves, what you expected, what happened instead, and the app version from Settings. Screenshots are welcome. Never send credentials — no tokens, passwords or private keys. Nothing about your setup is needed beyond what you choose to describe.

Your data

The app collects nothing: no accounts, no analytics, no telemetry. Credentials stay in the device keychain and are sent only to the service they belong to. There is nothing held on our side to export or delete. The privacy notice sets this out in full.

The web sketchpad

Separate products, separate billing. The mobile app is a one-time purchase from the app stores, with no in-app purchases and no subscription. The sketchpad has its own paid Pro unlock, bought on the web. Neither unlocks the other, and the app never signs in to a peekstack account.

peekstack.io signs in with Google and stores the boards you draw. You can edit or delete any board yourself, leave a team, and remove your account and everything in it with Delete account & data on the dashboard. Billing for the Pro unlock is handled by Paddle as merchant of record; see pricing and the refund policy.
