Terms of service
Last updated: 21 July 2026
peekstack is an isometric infrastructure sketchpad operated by Peekstack, Ireland ("we"). By using peekstack.io you agree to these terms. The short version: draw freely, your boards are yours, don't abuse the service, and the paid unlock is a one-time purchase tied to your account.
The service
peekstack lets you draw infrastructure diagrams, collaborate in teams, share live board views, and export boards — including 3D-printable STL and 3MF files. The core sketchpad is free. Print exports are free for a limited number of downloads, after which they require the one-time Pro unlock.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account and must be 16 or older. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and all its data yourself at any time from Settings.
Your content
Boards you draw belong to you. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service: storing your boards, rendering them for you and your team, and — if you enable a share link — displaying that board to people you give the link to. We never sell your content or use it for advertising.
The Pro unlock
- Pro is a one-time purchase giving unlimited print exports (STL and 3MF) on the purchasing account, for the lifetime of the service.
- Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record — Paddle is the seller you buy from, and their buyer terms apply to the transaction. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
- The unlock is tied to your account. Deleting your account ends the unlock with it — it is not transferable and deletion does not trigger a refund.
Third-party trademarks
The service tiles in peekstack's catalog carry the names and marks of third-party products (Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL and many others). All such names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. peekstack uses them solely to identify the services in your diagrams — there is no affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any of these projects or companies, and no trademark rights are granted to you. Exports (including 3D prints) are intended for your personal or internal use, not for producing goods for sale. If you hold rights in a mark shown in our catalog and want it changed or removed, email [email protected] and we will act promptly.
Fair use
Don't use peekstack to break the law, to attempt to breach other users' boards or accounts, to overload the service, or to resell it as your own. We may suspend accounts that do.
No warranty
peekstack is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and — to the maximum extent permitted by law — our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes and ending the service
We may update features and these terms; material changes will be noted on the dashboard. If we ever discontinue peekstack, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your boards.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by Irish law. Questions: [email protected].
